Recovery

Recovery is an outreach of Ministries of Jesus dedicated to providing resources for those seeking freedom from hurts, habits or hang-ups.  Support settings are offered for substance abuse, sexual addiction, co-dependency, food issues, anger, alcoholism, gambling addiction, same sex attraction and more.  The recovery ministry provides a safe, professional atmosphere to become free from the pain of the past, chaos of the present, and fear of the future.  Click HERE for more detailed information on recovery.
"Coming to Celebrate Recovery reminds me that Jesus does change lives.  Jesus can answer prayers.  God is honored when we do the hard things, and He uses Celebrate Recovery to restore people."

The Landing

The Landing is not currently meeting.

The Landing, for students 6-12th grades, is an ongoing 52-week program based on the beatitudes where Jesus laid out principles for happiness in the Sermon on the Mount.  The Landing is for teenagers who are struggling to live their lives in a healthy, God-honoring way.  It is a safe, healing place where teenagers can live a freer, healthier, more God-centered life.  The Landing can help foster hope, truth and joy as teens embark on an exciting year-long journey of engaging videos, meaningful experiences, vibrant worship, and great conversation as they develop true friendships with other teens.  The Landing breaks the cycles of dysfunction, giving students tools to face life's hurts, habits and hang-ups in a new and healthy effective way.  The Landing meets during CR.

Celebration Place

Celebration Place designed for kids K-5th grade, is a 52-week program that mirrors the Celebrate Recovery one-year, large group teaching schedule and curriculum plan.  This means that while adults explore topics that bring healing and wholeness, their kids are discovering the same truths in age-appropriate ways!  Kids will discover truths that help them avoid cycles of hurts, habits and hang-ups, ways to draw close to Jesus during challenging times, language and experiences to understand whats happening in their homes, and build friendships with other children whose parents are taking the hard step of resolving their pain and moving forward in life.

Open Share Groups

Open Share Groups are gender-specific groups that meet immediate following CR large group on Monday nights to address issues such as alcohol/chemical dependency, men's sexual addiction, women's co-dependency, eating disorder and abuse issues.
"Things I learned from the lessons each week made me think.  In small group, I began to open up more and more with guys that were almost as messed up as me..."

Step Studies

"The CR Step Study has been a life-changing experience for me...Every week as a step study group we would meet together and it was like opening a treasure chest of hope, God's promises, and trusting God.  We dug deep to learn how to apply the tools of the 12 Steps and the Beatitudes, to make a deep lasting difference in our lives."
